Phone betting tips

The Customer must give their Personal Account Number and Password before they may wager or access their account information. All Mino’s Bet$Win account numbers begin with the prefix BW.
All conversations will be recorded, any discrepancies that arise shall be resolved by the use of this recording and any wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
After wagers are placed by the customer and entered into the computer by the Mino’s Bet$Win phone operator, the customer shall wait for the final read back for confirmation.
The read back is then confirmed by the customer giving their Personal Account Number and Password, and the phone call terminates. All readback are final.
It is the customers responsibility to listen carefully to the final read back. The final read back is what the customer is confirming to be the properly desired bet(s).

Mino’s Bet$Win Telephone Wagering Rules

1. According to Panamanian law no one under the age of 18 is permitted to make a wager. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

2. The minimum amount required to initiate your wagering account with Mino’s Bet$Win is $50 USD All funds received by the Company from the member are deposited at Banistmo, primer bank del Istmo, into a secure escrow account.

3. Mino’s Bet$Win relies entirely upon the information provided by the member in the application in order to establish their own personal wagering account. Mino’s Bet$Win is not responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the member.

4. The member agrees to take appropriate measures to protect his/her Username, Password and other relevant information provided by Mino’s Bet$Win.. The member is liable for any unauthorized use of his/her wagering account. In the event a customer suspects a third party may have their client number and password, the customer may at any time ask Mino’s Bet$Win to furnish the customer with a new client number and password.

5. READ BACK IS FINAL: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will read back the wagers. Listen closely. If the read back or confirmation is correct, client must re-confirm wagers by stating their client number and password. If a client confirms a read back where the telephone clerk made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the client to correct any errors during the read back.

6. In the event a customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties (disconnection, etc) it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to confirm his wager(s) or the wager(s) will be voided. Please, call back to confirm your wager(s).

7. Wagers placed via the telephone are recorded on a tape system. In case of disputes, the tape will be replayed and the wager as confirmed on the tape will be deemed final. All online transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the file tape backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be lodged within 72 hours from the time the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this time period. The member is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.

8. Mino’s Bet$Win must place an effective ceiling on the win amount of any and all wagers. No player at Mino’s Bet$Win may receive or win an amount in excess of USD $25,000. per day, per event or combined in a parlay payout. All wagers are graded only after the contest is final.

9. Maximum win from any one wager or one player in any one calendar day shall be $25,000 . All wagers are graded only after the contest is final.
