House Rules

1. According to Panamanian law no one under the age of 18 is permitted to make a wager. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

2. All wagering rules are clearly outlined within this website, in the "Wagering Guide." These are subject to change at any time without prior written notification.

3. Wager maximums and minimums are at the discretion of Mino’s Bet$Win, and can be altered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Mino’s Bet$Win reserves the right to cancel, limit, refuse or restrict any member's wager at any time.

5. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, the company reserves the right to deem all wagers ‘No Action’ and return all monies accordingly.

6. All sporting events must be played on the date scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled, that event will automatically constitute "NO ACTION" unless otherwise stated. No action means all monies for that event will be refunded. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport by Mino’s Bet$Win. Mino’s Bet$Win does not recognize suspended games, protest games, overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes.

7. In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Mino’s Bet$Win of aforesaid error without delay. Unless otherwise notified by Mino’s Bet$Win, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.

8. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honored after this period. The client is solely responsible for their account transactions.

9. A member may have only ONE account at Mino’s Bet$Win. We reserve the right to close or disable a member's account without notice in cases where Mino’s Bet$Win, at its sole discretion, deems this appropriate. Members found opening or using multiple/other accounts in an attempt to manipulate sports wagering limits or masking their true identity will forfeit all winnings and be deactivated as a member.

10. Mino’s Bet$Win must place an effective ceiling on the win amount of any and all wagers. No player at Mino’s Bet$Win may receive or win an amount in excess of USD $25,000. per day, per event or combined in a parlay payout. All wagers are graded only after the contest is final.

11. After you win and wish to collect, just call Mino’s Bet$Win offices to make a payout request.
There are several methods of cash disbursements for our clients.
a.) You can pick up a check at one of our five locations near you.
b.) We can send a check to you via Mino’s Bet$Win courier.
c.) We can transfer the funds directly into your bank account. To wire funds to your account, we will need:
Your Bank Name, Your Bank Address, Your Account Number, Any ABA/Swift/Routing Numbers or Bank Branch Numbers associated to your account.
